Job Description:POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities, ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests by performing essential repairs and preventive maintenance. You will manage various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and kitchen equipment, as well as respond to guest requests for maintenance support.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on hotel systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
• Respond to guest repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring necessary parts are available.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, etc.).Previous experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering is a plus.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.License or Certification: Driver’s License (preferred)Perks you deserve:
