Maintenance Manager, Warrington, Salary £45,000 to £48,000 per annum, Includes Company Car or £6,000 Car Allowance & More!Maintenance Manager required to join a successful facilities management company to lead a team of skilled engineers onsite in Warrington. The Maintenance Manager will delegate various tasks and offer technical support, ultimately driving team performance and development.Candidates applying must be from an electrical or mechanical trade and have a strong working background in the facilities management and/or building services sector.Benefits of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers, allocating workload and providing technical support.
• Oversee team development, including hiring, appraisals, and coaching.
• Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry
• Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing the engineering workforce.
