Maintenance Manager

A specialty food manufacturer that is in 20+ countries and is brand-new to the US
is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their
team. If you are experienced in industrial maintenance or industrial
engineering and have experience leading teams, this could be an excellent
opportunity for you!

This is
a direct-hire opportunity to join an established company and have the opportunity to support with opening a brand-new manufacturing facility, be able to build a team, and make a major impact on the organization.

Maintenance
Manager Responsibilities:

• Process
  Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process
  improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product
  quality.
• Technical Leadership: Oversee all technical aspects of facility and the production process, ensuring that our systems and equipment are running efficiently and effectively.?
• Team Management:
  Lead and support a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of
  continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintenance
  Coordination: Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all
  equipment is well-maintained and any downtime is minimized.
• Project
  Management: Drive technical projects related to process optimization,
  equipment upgrades, and new product development.
• Reporting:
  Regularly report on technical operations and performance to senior
  management, including key metrics and improvement plans.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day
shift

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• 5+
  years of experience of industrial maintenance or related engineering experience
• Experience
  in and knowledge of food manufacturing including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other relevant
  food safety standards
• Strong
  leadership and team building skills and experience
• Excellent
  problem solving and troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of hydraulic,
  plumbing, electrical and pneumatics
• Bachelor’s
  degree in engineering or related

Compensation: $90,000 – $120,0000
