A lithium-ion battery recycling company is adding a Maintenance Manager to their team! This position would oversee both the recycling and warehouse facilities.

This is a direct-hire position with a company who has made it their mission towards sustainability, evolving with economic push for more for a more electric footprint. This company has established a way to recycle lithium-ion batteries down to their raw materials to be re-used. ? By joining their team, you will make a global impact on the environment by helping to reduce CO2 emissions in efforts to make a more sustainable future for our world!

The ideal candidate for this position would be a driven individual with high attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all maintenance activities at the recycling and warehouse facilities
• Planning short-term and long-term projects, parts ordering, asset hierarchy management as well as budgeting and forecasting
• Making sure that Maintenance is ensuring compliance with all assets to keep the operation running effectively
• Developing and delegating maintenance schedules and work assignments ensuring that work is completed on time and safely
• Maintaining accurate inventory of equipment and parts

Schedule:

• M-F 8a-5p (potential over-time on Saturday’s)

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma + Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience required
• Minimum of 5 years experience working within manufacturing, production industry in a Supervisor/ Manager position
• Knowledge of regulatory codes
• Reading blueprints, schematics and specifications
• High attention to detail

Pay: 80K-90K depending on experience
