Maintenance Supervisor

This is an exciting Maintenance Supervisor opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy industry at their state-of-the-art facility in Burlington, WA. This company designs, engineers and manufacturers advanced solar panel products to be delivered across North America. 

In this Direct Hire Maintenance Supervisor role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning, and overseeing day to day maintenance work to efficiently support a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:  

  • Perform a variety of duties related to the supervision of maintenance activities, as well as train, supervise and evaluate the work of employees.  

  • Identify, modify, adjust and repair mechanical, electronics, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts and equipment.  

  • Read and interpret technical drawings or diagrams including blueprints, schematics and mechanical renditions.  

  • Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns to then provide corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.  

  • Lead maintenance related continuous improvement tasks reporting back to management with status updates  

Schedule:  

  • Monday – Friday, day shift  

  • Must be willing to work the occasional weekend day or odd shift as needed  

Maintenance Supervisor Job Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisor position within an automation-based manufacturing facility  

  • Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs and electric circuitry consisting of contractors, relays, proximity sensors and limit switches 

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and ladder/function block logic 

  • Ability to work cross functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical technology, mechatronics, engineering or related technical degree/certification highly preferred 

Pay: $85,000 – $100,000/year
