What you’ll do as a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Inspect facilities and maintain building systems
• Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate tasks
• Recruit, train, and supervise technicians and tradesmen
• Develop and manage maintenance budget
• Monitor inventory and coordinate projects
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

What you need to be a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Budgeting and performance management skills
• Excellent planning, leadership, and communication abilities
• High school diploma; vocational degree preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, HVAC) preferred
