Maintenance Tech | 2nd Shift | Weekends Off

Maintenance
Technician Job Duties:

• Assist with general maintenance facilities — painting, cleaning, drywall, etc.
• Ability to perform light plumbing skills (clogged toilet repairs, sinks, and p-traps)
• Ability to support with landscaping duties – sprinkler repairs etc.
• Perform HVAC repairs – coil cleaning and filter changes
• Support with maintenance duties as directed or assigned?

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of previous facilities maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting plumbing repairs
• Carpentry skills required
• Experience working with landscaping and sprinkler systems preferred
• Basic computer skills – MS Office Suite      

Schedule: 2nd
Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am

Pay: $27-30/hr depending on experience
