Maintenance
Technician Job Duties:
- Assist with general maintenance facilities — painting, cleaning, drywall, etc.
- Ability to perform light plumbing skills (clogged toilet repairs, sinks, and p-traps)
- Ability to support with landscaping duties – sprinkler repairs etc.
- Perform HVAC repairs – coil cleaning and filter changes
- Support with maintenance duties as directed or assigned?
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous facilities maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting plumbing repairs
- Carpentry skills required
- Experience working with landscaping and sprinkler systems preferred
- Basic computer skills – MS Office Suite
Schedule: Multiple
Shifts Available
1st
Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:15am-3:45pm
2nd
Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am
Pay: $25-28/hr
