Maintenance Technician II & III

This is an exciting Maintenance Technician opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy industry at their state-of-the-art facility in Burlington, WA. This company designs, engineers and manufacturers advanced solar panel products to be delivered across North America. 

In this Direct Hire Maintenance Technician role, you will be responsible for performing facility and process equipment preventative maintenance, attending to equipment downtime and the completion of other projects related to maintenance and engineering requests.

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain production and facility equipment as required 

  • Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics and electronic components such as motors, contractors, timers, PLCS and motor controls  

  • Diagnose faults on electrical equipment or systems  

  • Examine, install, replace and repair electronic wiring, switch boxes, conduits, and other electrical components 

  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.  

Schedule:  

  • 12 hour shifts (6pm – 6am, 6am – 6pm)  

  • 2,2,3 Pitman schedule 

  • 36 hour week/48 hour week – have weekends off for half the year! 

  • Day and night shift available  

Pay: $33 – $40/hr (OT available)  

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements: 

  • 3-5+ years of high level industrial or manufacturing maintenance technician experience in an automated facility 

  • Knowledge of equipment set up, functions, and preventative maintenance techniques  

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills  

  • Extensive experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment, including PLCs, HMIs and drives.  

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical/pneumatic/mechanical schematics
