Have strong business, commercial, and financial awareness to underpin the delivery of company objectives. A positive motivated team player, with the ability to also work alone with initiative and integrity.Job PurposeA member of the sales management team, your role is to take ownership and manage major projects and customers. Delivering all aspects of client engagement on such projects, to ensure profitable growth and sales targets are achieved. This will be achieved through the implementation of project specific sales plans that increases our presence and market share on these projects. This will involve consulting with both sales, operational and CSO colleagues to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations.Your Responsibilities

  • Grow profitable revenue year on year on the major projects within the geographical region. Drive sales growth through growing existing contracts and delivering significant NEW contracts.
  • Develop plans to win business above all competitors to secure profitable growth.
  • Personally lead large bids for multi service offerings on behalf of the business.
  • Build strong peer relationships across Nixon businesses.
  • Ensure that customer retention is optimised through excellent account management practice and first-class customer service.
  • Ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Optimise pricing to maximise revenue and profitability on each major project.
  • Ensure accurate customer records are entered onto the CRM system daily.
