The team is responsible for platforms such as Microsoft Teams & SharePoint, corporate facilities applications and technology in shared spaces such as meeting rooms.The Manager, Collaboration Platforms, will lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of collaboration platforms, with a focus on facilities applications. This role involves overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. On-call availability may be necessary.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of collaboration platforms, focusing on facilities applications.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and achievements.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support of collaboration platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, metrics, financial tracking, and progress reports related to projects and operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users as needed.

QualificationsQualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner of SAAS platforms. Experience with digital signage, facilities management software, and AV space is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
