The Consumer Wireless Business Unit is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individuals who is passionate about assessing new opportunities, solving problems, and driving meaningful improvement. The commercial lead will be responsible for execution of marketing campaigns focusing on key consumer segments withing the base: such as involuntary churn, revenue generating base tactics including add a line and cross sell wireless products to residential base The candidate will support end to end all aspects of this portfolio: performance management, planning, execution, and measurement of programs. Working with a cross functional team coming from brand, Sales, CRM ops, pricing, digital, retail and care, the candidate will design a fulsome array of marketing initiatives to achieve their KPI target while embracing the Agile Marketing values.What you will do:

  • Support short-term and long-term planning of segment specific campaigns and Quarterly planning.
  • In collaboration with the cross-functional team, ensure full channel execution (Pricing, Creatives, CIF, A&O, Frontline communications, Digital)
  • Provide Post Implementation Review, and use findings to define “what’s next?”
  • Interpret and monitor daily/weekly Inflow KPIs to identify, develop and execute on opportunities to optimize Inflow results
  • Be ready to step up to other acquisition program to help the team and become a more T-Shape team member
  • Actively participate to Pricing Chapter

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years marketing experience in medium or large business
  • Business, marketing, Finance or Communication degree is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong negotiation and leadership skills are a must.
  • Ability to understand metrics and recommend logical actions based on findings
  • Sense of curiosity to understand what works/doesn’t work and find options to make things work
  • Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a group environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects, multiple stakeholders and work within tight deadlines
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
