Job Description:Within Energy Management – Innovation & Technology Organization, our electronic design expert team within CTO Europe, is made up of highly skilled and experienced professionals in the fields of electronic engineering, printed circuit board design, system modeling, and component technology.These experts possess a strong understanding of electronic design principles, industry standards, and computer-aided design (CAD) tools. Their mission is to provide coaching and support to designers in all Line of Business (LoB) in order to conceive, prototype, and optimize electronic circuits and boards to meet specific technical specifications. They are also responsible for ensuring that the designs adhere to quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance standards.Your role :Reporting to Technical Director, you will be a strong engineering leader to lead a multiskilled team of 25 engineers, articulated around electronics competencies.You will be responsible for the team management both from a technical and people angle.You will be also responsible for preparing, managing, tracking the budget for your team for both Opex and Capex investments.Your missions :Technical management

3 Years of technical management as well as experience in coaching/ mentoring/ building & managing diverse technology teams is preferred. * Experience in setting-up collaboration, research program is a plus.Your skills :
