The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Provisioning team in the Platform product group responsible for managing the customer lifecycle and their product experience. Whenever a new customer onboards on the Falcon platform, getting them operational could mean initializing them in our customer stores, setting up required policies, setting up management groups for their machines, initializing data stores, enabling configuration for them in several different dependent services etc., our team manages the automation of this orchestration to give our customers a seamless experience. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the existing flow and building the next generation provisioning systems. If you are highly technical and enjoy leading and working cross functionally, then this is the role for you. Engineering Management at CrowdStrike is a hands-on role and we expect managers to be laser focused on delivery and creating an engaging environment for our world-class engineers. We are also open for US Remote rolesWhat You’ll Do:As an engineering manager, you will help lead a multi disciplinary team (backend, frontend, SDET, etc.) to drive and deliver on both roadmap and technical strategy. CrowdStrike is growing rapidly and you will be instrumental in hiring, retaining, and growing a team of highly talented engineers. We are a remote-first company and expect you to be an effective communicator – excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this role.What You’ll Need:BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience as an engineering manager and 8+ years as a software engineerExperience working with authentication and authorization servicesExperience in Golang or similar technologiesExperience with shipping high-quality software in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience in building and maintaining large distributed systems at scaleSolid design and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, quality, security, and performanceExperience working with remote teams and individuals while ensuring agility and velocityAbility to communicate and articulate crisply at all levels from executive staff to junior engineersAbility and desire to be hands on as well as leading the team and collaborating cross functionallyBonus Points:Experience with cybersecurity productsDemonstrated track record of hiring strong engineersExperience with Golang, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, SpiceDBFamiliarity with SAML, OAuth, SSO, OIDC, JWT#LI-SF1
