And, we’re just getting started!With over 1,300+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 12 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition to lead Flywire’s recruitment efforts across AMS, EMEA, and APAC. In this role, you will build and scale a high-performing global talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with Flywire’s ambitious growth objectives and long-term workforce strategy.You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and business leaders to design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract diverse, top-tier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Leading a talented team of regional recruiters, you will foster collaboration, drive operational excellence, and elevate Flywire’s employer brand globally.Key Responsibilities:Global Leadership:Lead and mentor the global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the delivery of a unified, best-in-class recruiting strategy that supports Flywire’s growth and future workforce needs.Partner with senior leaders across EMEA to align recruitment strategies with regional and functional priorities.Strategic Workforce Planning:Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute proactive workforce strategies, including headcount planning and recruitment roadmaps tailored to Flywire’s dynamic, fast-growing environment.Design and implement innovative, scalable sourcing strategies for technical (EPS), commercial (GTM), and non-technical (G&A) functions.Candidate Experience:Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for candidates at every stage.Define and track metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously enhance processes.Employer Branding:Elevate Flywire’s global employer brand, positioning the company as a top employer of choice across key markets.Develop targeted campaigns to attract diverse talent and reinforce Flywire’s reputation for innovation, inclusion, and excellence.Operational Excellence:Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to optimize recruiting technologies, tools, and workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness.Leverage data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies, track performance, and achieve Flywire’s equity, inclusion, and diversity (EID) goals.QualificationsHere’s What We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing global recruitment teams across multiple regions.Proven expertise in building and scaling global recruitment strategies for fast-growing organizations in competitive markets.Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.Strong track record in global sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and use insights to drive operational improvements.Deep commitment to fostering equity, inclusion, and diversity across all aspects of talent acquisition.Proficiency in talent acquisition technologies, applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters preferred), and recruitment process optimization.Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:
