Come help us transform everyday travel into extraordinary experiences.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager, Hospitality to help us grow our hotel partnerships. You will be working closely with Marketing, Data and Analytics, Product, and our account team to support the success of our partners. You will be responsible for identifying optimization opportunities to drive revenue growth and product penetration. This is a growth-oriented role that encompasses strategy, project management, and execution. You will identify the marketing initiatives that best meet growth objectives and ensure consistent engagement from partners and end users of the products.Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for:– Developing a deep understanding of our complex product offering, our partners’ business, objectives and customers to ensure recommendations are tailor-made and on-strategy– Establish benchmarks and drive key marketing KPIs across email and web channels and build strategies to increase guest engagement and revenue– Identifying, creating, testing and implementing opportunities to increase engagement and drive KPIs– Create, test, and implement strategic marketing plans to increase product engagement and drive KPIs– Collaborating with the Analytics & Insights team to provide smart business decisions including segmentation/targeting and campaign opportunities– Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email; this includes assisting in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis– Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement– Present marketing strategy, key findings, campaign performance, learnings and recommendations internally and to partners– Lead/support the go-to-market for new products, new features, and new partners– Collaborating with internal teams, including account management, product management, and creative to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives– Evolve our marketing positioning points for prospects and partners– Coordinate all marketing activities including case study development, competitive insights, benchmarking, and other activities as needed– Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and identify new channel expansion opportunities and existing channel optimizations– Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvementYOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:– 5 years of experience creating B2C and/or B2B campaigns and a proven track record of achieving performance targets– 2+ years experience in hotel marketing or a similar role a strong asset– Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans– Experience working in a data-rich environment to uncover key insights to inform recommendations and the ability to:– Tailor solutions & inform strategy based on actionable insight– Build compelling messaging & stories based on business intelligence– Exceptional communication, (oral and written), presentation skills, and interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with people across all levels both internally and externally– Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment– Ability to navigate a complex org/comfort with ambiguity– Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.– BA/BBA/MBA in Business or Marketing or a related fieldYou are:– Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset– A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment– Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives– Resourceful and adaptable to evolving challengesWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT US:🏦RRSP/401(k) Matching🏥Comprehensive health plans📅Flexible Paid Time Off✈️Annual upgrade credit🏋️‍♀️Annual physical wellness credit🧘Annual mental wellness credit📍Flexibility to work remotely🍼 Parental Leave Top Up🌍 Adventure PassOUR PROCESS:Plusgrade is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing an accessible recruitment process.
