The goal of the company is to build and acquire increased data center and managed hosting capability across the countryWhat’s in it for you?If you want to join a dynamic team where you have a chance to make meaningful change, a client with great growth potential, then is a great role for you.Responsibilities:· Create clarity for the team describing roles, competencies and priorities· Coach team to help maximize strengths and focus on improvement areas· Delegate to teams by scoping and assigning tasks and projects to team members· Closely monitor overall and individual work volumes· Recruiting and hiring· Architect robust, scalable systems and network solutions· Ensure comprehensive systems monitoring is in place for fault and capacity management· Manage preventative maintenance schedules, upgrades and software/firmware patching· Work with the Support team to understand customer issues and ensure they’re addressed in a rapid, thoughtful fashion· Service customers through L3, Architect and L1/2 teams· Monitor ticket volumes and response times. Deeply understand work volume categories, customers and sources of demand· Field customer escalations and work to resolve through teamsMust Have:

• Hands on IP and Networking experience.
• Managed Service provider experience
• Meeting or exceeding SLAs
• Establishing and upholding repeatable, scalable processes
• 24x7x365 ‘always on’ experience
• ITIL environment background including change and incident management focus and compliance
• High security and compliance-driven experience
• SOC2, ISO and PCI DSS familiarity
• Operational controls and evidence collection for external auditor review
• Undergo background checks and security clearance processes
• Entrepreneurial/start-up environment experience. High efficiency and technical creativity focus
• Acquisition integration experience
