As a Manager, Payroll Services you will lead the team in their day to day operations and take charge when it comes to managing payroll for our clients. Client Portfolio Management: * Successfully manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their payroll needs are met with precision and timeliness.
Payroll Processing and Compliance: * Prepare, verify, and process all employee payroll-related payments accurately and timely.
Team Leadership: * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Payroll experts.
Client Support: * Work closely with other client facing teams to assist in client account setup if needed.
Process Adherence and Improvement: * Follow all payroll processes and workflows meticulously to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration * Maintain strong organizational skills when logging and managing support requests.
Metrics and Reporting: * Help define, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Payroll Services.What we are looking for in a Manager of Payroll Services:
