Employment is based on a person’s professional qualifications and competence.Your Role:The role plays a critical role in the successful planning, management, and delivery of career, internship, and academic programs for Paris. This role requires close collaboration with in-country teams, vendors, university partners, and internal departments to ensure high-quality student experiences. The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, staff management, vendor relations, and continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll Do:Program & Student Support

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate academic program activities, ensuring alignment with CEA CAPA’s organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership in student services, including housing, orientation, and co-curricular activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for students, providing support and addressing concerns throughout their program experience.
  • Collaborate with Student Affairs to ensure student well-being and resolve issues promptly.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Work with other departments, including Academic Affairs and Operations, to ensure seamless program experiences.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance program quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Share best practices across locations to drive program excellence and improve student outcomes.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with local vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and fair contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including university partners, to meet program goals.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and encouraging professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Financial Management

  • Assist in budget development and financial oversight to meet program goals while ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
  • Oversee timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments related to program activities.

Program Development

  • Contribute to enhancing program offerings and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Customize programs to meet the specific needs of partner institutions or student groups.
  • Stay informed about trends in international education and career services to guide innovation.

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, career services, or internships, ideally in an international education context.
  • Authorization to work in France.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Demonstrates expertise in managing business operations and administrative tasks with precision.
  • Consistently identifies creative approaches to overcome challenges.
  • Adept at building relationships, navigating complex discussions, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments, quickly adjusting to changing priorities and maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Committed to meeting and exceeding deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactively identifies root causes of challenges and implements strategic, long-term solutions.
