- Hybrid working model and special occasional attendance and travel:
- Hybrid working model(1-2 days in office in Mississauga)
- Join us in the office in Mississauga 4-6 times a year for SRE and Engineering days.
- Travel: Expect to travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, our North American headquarter, for onboarding and future collaboration sessions

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead and grow a team of four junior and intermediate-level SREs responsible for the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure and services. In this role, you’ll champion operational excellence and cultivate an environment where continuous improvement thrives. If you are passionate about building high-performing, value delivering teams and improving the resilience of large-scale distributed systems, we want to hear from you!Now, if you were to come on board as our Manager, Site Reliability Engineer we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Develop strong partnerships with Product and Quality Engineering teams, actively listening to their concerns and align on needs and priorities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of services.
- Assist the team in introducing and refining SLOs (Service Level Objectives), SLIs (Service Level Indicators), and error budgets within the organization to improve service reliability and ownership.
- Automate operational tasks, including but not limited to service desk toil removal
- Facilitate improvements for the teams on-call processes, incident and team retrospectives, the teams SRE Days
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure and cloud resources. Help educate Product Engineering teams on the costs associated with developing technology products and services cloud natively. Provide insights into the cost profile of their technology portfolios, helping them understand the financial implications and optimize their cloud spending.

- Experience working in high-scale, mission-critical production environments.
- Familiarity with FinOps for cloud cost optimization.
- You can talk code (don’t need you to write it, unless time permits and you want to) but you can ask critical questions
- Play devils advocate, play the customer persona when discussing work prioritization and break down, testing, coordination with supported partners, releasing and accompanying change into various environments with your team
