Minimum Starting Salary: $103,276; starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.About the Manager, Strategic Planning and Implementation Role:The Manager, Strategic Planning and Implementation leads the execution of key initiatives aligned with the institution’s strategic vision. This role ensures effective planning, coordination, and implementation of cross-divisional projects while maintaining alignment with institutional priorities. The position drives data-informed decision-making and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across multiple functional areas.Key duties include:

• Process Optimization

If this sounds like you, keep reading:EducationThe successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.Experience/SkillsThe successful candidate will have an equivalent combination of education and 5 years progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, project management, or related areas, and should demonstrate the following:

• Strategic Planning implementation
• Project Management experience
• Proven Team Leadership experience
• Strong cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to develop innovative approaches and implement institutional strategy across multiple departments
• Able to adapt to an environment where change is frequent, and process ambiguity exists
