Minimum Starting Salary: $103,276; starting salaries are determined based on qualifications and years of related experience.About the Manager, Strategic Planning and Implementation Role:The Manager, Strategic Planning and Implementation leads the execution of key initiatives aligned with the institution’s strategic vision. This role ensures effective planning, coordination, and implementation of cross-divisional projects while maintaining alignment with institutional priorities. The position drives data-informed decision-making and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across multiple functional areas.Key duties include:
