You will be part of the Go-To-Market Planning team, which provides business partner support to the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations organizations. This team also oversees global net revenue forecasting, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across multiple departments to produce accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded, high performer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Strategic Finance and Planning plays a key role at the heart of the broader finance team, providing support to the CFO and senior leadership. The team is responsible for managing the company’s planning processes, forecasts, and budgeting, as well as Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy. You will be central to supporting our business partners in a rapidly scaling international organization.What you’ll be doingLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for multiple organizations.Prepare and maintain headcount forecasts, ensuring alignment with business growth and departmental needs.Build strong partnerships with business leaders across the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations organizations.Deliver quarterly Regional P&Ls for the Commercial organization, providing insights into key financial drivers.Prepare ROI-driven analyses, such as capacity modelling and new initiative assessmentsCollaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy in the monthly close process.Own ad-hoc and operational projects as required, driving process improvements by partnering with cross-functional teams.Qualifications5+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analyticsExperience managing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles end-to-endExperience managing financials with business partnersAttention to detail and proactive about identifying problems and implementing solutionsSelf-starter, with a proven track record to enact change in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Financial Services and Payments a plus, but not requiredAdditional InformationApply without meeting all requirements statementIf you don’t meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please apply anyway.
