Fixed Term, Full timeAs a Manual Billing Manager, you will manage the accurate the timely billing of a large corporate contract customer with bespoke arrangements and reporting, along with all aspects of revenue protection, including the resolution of unbilled domestic and international consignments.This great opportunity will allow you to interface consistently with external customers, the senior finance management and key business stakeholders within Royal Mail. Please see below on how to apply for the role.About the roleReporting in to the Customs & Process Business Partner, you will ensure all weekly manual interfaces into the sales ledger are raised in the appropriate time, with the correct financial authorisations in place.You will ensure that all contract customer billing is completed and verify that the appropriate revenue assurance processes have been carried out.A number of Corporate Contract customers have bespoke billing arrangements (c.20 customers, £50m revenue). You will be responsible for ensuring that the control environment relating to off-system billing is adequate and ensure that customers that have bespoke billing solutions are billed timely and the appropriate reconciliation takes place to confirm that all parcels are billed.About YouTo be truly successful in this role, you’ll have the following skills and experience:
