Job Title: Customer Service


Job Duties:

• Communicate with the company regarding any concerns or service failures
• Resolves complaints  via phone, email, or social media
• Set up new accounts
• Prepare reports for high volume customers
• Maintain databases
• Conduct morning meetings
• Set up deliveries and pricing

Schedule
: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay:
$20-$25/hr DOE

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Manufacturing
• Knowledge of admin. procedures
• Experience in high volume customer service

Location
: Downtown Phoenix; Near Sky Harbor Airport
