Manufacturing Manager | Industrial Manufacturer

A growing manufacturer is looking to add a
Manufacturing Manager
 to their team. If you have 3 years of experience running a shop with “hands-on” leadership, in an 
industrial
or
manufacturing
 environment, this might be a great fit for you!

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and timely production and fulfillment of orders within budget.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to plan, organize, and control facility needs while overseeing staffing requirements and streamline the manufacturing process.

Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee, set, and manage to the production schedule
• Manage, delegate, and monitor progress of direct reports
• Implement manufacturing procedures to improve production and efficiency
• Follow industry standards to meet production goals and standards

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm

Manufacturing Manager Requirements: 

• Degree in Business, Industrial, or Engineering field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience managing in a Manufacturing and Fabrication industry
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Ability to motivate a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000
