Our Client, a Mattress Manufacturing company, is looking for a Manufacturing Recruiter (High-Volume Hiring) for their Tolleson, AZ location.Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing positions, including production workers, machine operators, assemblers, warehouse associates, and quality control staff.
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies, including on-site job fairs, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships with local workforce agencies.
• Screen and interview candidates efficiently to meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Coordinate and conduct hiring events, mass interviews, and job fairs to attract a large pool of candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers & HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to quickly fill open positions.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS – SuccessFactors highly desired) and HR technology to track and manage candidate pipelines.
• Support onboarding processes to enhance employee retention and engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High-Volume Recruiting: Proven ability to manage and fill a high number of open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong Sourcing Skills: Experience using job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach to attract candidates.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
• Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the manufacturing workforce is highly desired.
• Organized & Efficient: Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Hands on proficiency in ATS software (SuccessFactors or other major ATS platforms), Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.
