You will also handle a small number of important client accounts.For that reason, to be considered for this role, you will need proof of previous manager/supervisor experience (in any industry) and you will have a reasonable level of skill in doing Facebook or Google PAID ads (not just organic posting).We LOVE marketing, we LOVE marketers, and we are growing the best TEAM of marketers anywhere in the UK. We just need a GREAT manager to ensure we keep getting the best from and for them.This is an office based job – in Hartlepool. Admittedly, Hartlepool isn’t necessarily what you would call the “mecca” of digital marketing companies – but there’s a good reason why we are based there (we will tell you at interview), and besides, if ever you get a bit fed up of travelling to or being in Hartlepool, we have another office in Orlando, Florida (where it is much sunnier), that you can work from anytime you like (we will even pay for you to visit Disney if you do a very good job .Anyway, if you like what you read so far, and you think you could do the job, before you apply, here’s what you will need to do for us in this role:Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of Google, Facebook, email marketing implementers and account managers to SUCCESS in their roles
• Manage the attitudes, performance, and growth of the Agency team in the UK office
• Enforce culture standards across the office and team
• Review all clients with Account Managers and look for ways to improve results
• Create an environment of success – one clients success/results are used to increase the success of all of our others (data analysis)
• Manage a small number of key client accounts
• Set the standard for personal growth and development constantly looking to lead and inspire the team you will manage
