Make a difference every day!Job DescriptionWe have an outstanding benefits package which includes:Company-provided healthcareA competitive annual leave allowanceFlexible working options, including hybrid working arrangementsGenerous pension provisionsIncome protectionHealth and wellness benefitsVolunteering daysEnhanced parental leaveLife insuranceWhat we are looking for:Work with the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and collaborate with marketing partners and digital team to define and develop differentiating go to market analytics features and frameworksWork with ambiguity (e.g. imperfect data, loosely defined concepts, ideas, or goals) and translating these into more tangible outputsGenerate insights about the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and help refine them accordinglyProvide performance monitoring of decision systems and statistical modelsCapture metrics on business outcomes (particularly those related to new capabilities) that are accurate, relevant, logical, and honest. Validate measurement approaches with the analytics teamUtilise business and technical requirements for KPI measurement and evaluation of campaign successHelp to uncover any incremental data engineering and feature engineering capabilities required to support customer centric analytics and visualisationExhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, prioritise work, analyse interdependencies, and deliver against deadlinesWhat you can bring:Eexperience working with/interpreting predictive model outputs and guiding activation activities in a corporate or consulting setting, preferable in a B2C or customer centric environmentExperience socialising complex information to non-specialist audience across all levels of seniorityExperience working in B2B marketing considered an assetStrong knowledge of Adobe Analytics is essentialFamiliarity with statistical data analysisStrong knowledge of data management tools (Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform, Medallia)Intermediate SQL knowledge – e.g. case statements, self joinsComfortable in using data visualization tools (Data Studio, Adobe Workspace, Power BI, Tableau, and Datorama)Strong knowledge of media math and KPIsStrong knowledge of Adobe AnalyticsUndergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative field considered an asset (i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Communications)Certificate program in digital analytics will also be consideredStrong academic qualifications, including understanding/coursework in database management or equivalent work experience would be considered an assetIntellectual curiosity, along with problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutionsOutstanding communication and influencing skillsAbility to work in agile, test & learn, and iterative environmentDisability Confident SchemeApplicants who opt in to the Disability Confident Scheme and meet the ‘minimum criteria’ for the role will be offered an interview.
