You’ll have the opportunity to grow and learn in a supportive environment while helping us achieve our company goals.As our Marketing and Communication Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing initiatives and providing exceptional support to our valued coaches.Marketing Team Goals:

  • Engagement with marketing activity
  • Prospects generated

  • Franchise territories awarded

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service, resolving or escalating issues as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organised email in-box, prioritising and categorizing emails.
  • Respond to general inquiries and forward specific queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments for audit purposes.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers of marketing, digital, and PR services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and address customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up.
  • Generate leads for coaches and award franchise territories.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Passion for people, stories, and communities
  • Time and diary management skills
  • B2B experience desired
  • IT literate

Working Hours:
