You’ll have the opportunity to grow and learn in a supportive environment while helping us achieve our company goals.As our Marketing and Communication Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing initiatives and providing exceptional support to our valued coaches.Marketing Team Goals:
- Engagement with marketing activity
- Prospects generated
- Leads qualified
- Clients signed
- Franchise territories awarded
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service, resolving or escalating issues as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organised email in-box, prioritising and categorizing emails.
- Respond to general inquiries and forward specific queries to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments for audit purposes.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers of marketing, digital, and PR services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and address customer needs, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up.
- Generate leads for coaches and award franchise territories.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Passion for people, stories, and communities
- Time and diary management skills
- B2B experience desired
- IT literate

Working Hours:
- Ideal: 3 full days or 4/5 school hours days
