UW Mississauga is now hiring a full time Marketing Associate. Our clients are industry leaders, Fortune 500 companies who are looking for help promoting their brands, services, and products. This is where we come in; our event based marketing approach allows us to connect with customers and clients at the foundation. We excel in building relationships with customers, while communicating our clients’ brand in order to increase awareness and profitability. Applicants must be comfortable engaging with the public and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Understand our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
• Drive sales by presenting and promoting our promotional products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Answers customer questions professionally, covering features, pricing, and additional benefits, demonstrating to customers how technology can enhance and simplify their lives.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
• Can pass a background check and are legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Must be able to travel to our office in Mississauga on a daily basis
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Must be looking for full time (40 hours a week)
• Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks.
• Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
