The Purpose – Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to deploy our multi-channel marketing communications strategy to:

• Create awareness of our organisation within relevant markets.
• Educate these markets about our organisation and its product offering.
• Support the generation and conversion of marketing-generated leads.

The Marketing Executive will have:

• Previous experience working in multi-channel marketing, or a specific marketing channel (e.g., social media, PR, digital).
• Experience of using a range of social media platforms (eg LinkedIn, Twitter) in a business environment.
• Experience using software such as: WordPress, Salesforce, SAP, social media scheduling tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent. (An A-Level or equivalent qualification in business is desirable).
• Higher level education or foundation degree related to business and/or marketing (e.g., college or university)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities – Marketing Executive:

• Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity.
• Implement an effective multi-channel marketing communication strategy to maximise lead generation and demand creation.
• Create and produce creative content, including social media posts, video content, print and digital adverts, editorials, blog posts, brand/product imagery, and marketing messaging.
• Manage and maintain all brand assets, including imagery, key messaging, brochures, and specification sheets.
• Update, maintain, and edit website content and functions.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing reports for the wider commercial growth team.
• Report on competitor marketing, positioning, and product updates on a quarterly basis.
• Handle day-to-day marketing administration.
• Organise and perform administrative tasks for events, conferences, and tradeshows/exhibitions.
• Maintain and update the marketing database using Salesforce or other software to engage with marketing-generated leads and report on marketing activity.
• Liaise with external agencies, consultants, designers, and printers.
• Conduct marketing activity under the GDPR act, championing security and working with IT regularly to remain compliant.
• Perform any other relevant or related duties or ad hoc assignments as outlined depending on the business need.
