Do you have the skills to bring outsourced agency work in-house and transform marketing campaigns into powerful business results? If so, we want you on our team!As the Marketing Manager, Audience Development, you’ll be at the forefront of driving audience engagement and interaction through innovative marketing strategies. Working closely with our Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in crafting compelling events, campaigns, and partnerships that enhance brand visibility and fuel sales growth. This role is integral to the company’s success in bringing key agency work in-house, while collaborating across multiple teams to execute impactful audience engagement.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Senior Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that target key audiences and align with business objectives.Leverage cutting-edge technology and creative approaches to elevate brand experiences, boost audience engagement, and drive event registrations.Design and implement multi-channel promotional strategies for events, webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, utilizing in-house channels such as social media, email, newsletters, and content marketing. Leverage real-time data collection and analysis to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum engagement.Provide pre- and post-event reporting on ROI metrics such as leads generated, pipeline build, and revenue influenced.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight product placement, research, and thought leadership in marketing campaigns.Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, working closely with senior leadership to ensure timely resolutions and continuous improvement.Craft and finalize compelling campaign communication materials in coordination with relevant business units.Manage the production and distribution of promotional content in line with timelines and goals.What We’re Looking For:Strong experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong focus on events.A proven track record of creating and executing marketing and content strategies for both virtual and in-person events.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Creative problem-solver who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ideally Salesforce.Interest in or basic knowledge of the finance industry is a plus.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.This opportunity is open to internal and external candidates.
