Have you ever worked for a unicorn-valued company? Intrigued by hot industry topics like machine learning, performance marketing, and retail media?We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help raise Moloco’s profile throughout EMEA, one of our fast growing geographies. Working with the EMEA Marketing Director, you’ll contribute to our success by implementing initiatives across functional areas like conferences and sponsorships, field programming and hosted events and digital.The Opportunity:

  • Supporting the EMEA Marketing Director in driving EMEA’s business goals and marketing strategy – and implementing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and deliver leads.
  • Coordinate the calendar of events to support sales with lead gen and sales growth.
  • Execute all field marketing logistics, ranging from large conference sponsorships and small customer VIP events to webinars and other online activations.
  • Manage relationships with local event promoters, venues, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Post digital articles, news, press releases, and publications to social media and other platforms.
  • Track analytics and report progress on digital campaigns and social media.
  • Help ensure activities are within budget, drive revenue, and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Submit ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow Moloco’s brand.
  • Assessing and providing inputs on competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior.
  • Create, develop, promote local success stories and assist in globalization.
  • Localization of relevant global case studies and content to amplify across marketing initiatives in EMEA.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing and partnership events, including independently overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral. This includes working with internal stakeholders and external vendors on event programs, pre-event campaigns and execution.
  • Run B2B digital marketing campaigns, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute content for websites, emails, social channels, and paid media.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of Marketing experience, including 1-3 years running events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
  • Tech industry and B2B marketing experience preferred, including working with creative and event agencies.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • A self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
  • Ability to multi-task and guide the teams to execute marketing programs and campaigns within tight schedules and approved budgets.
  • Be detailed, insightful and able to use data and information to form marketing plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Great planning, prioritization, and organizing skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones around the globe.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
