The ideal candidate will take full ownership of their work, demonstrate the ability to thoroughly investigate complex problems, and take swift action to drive solutions forward. Join our London-based Workforce Staffing Marketing Team, operating at the heart of Amazon’s global operations. We drive marketing automation and analytics across North America, Europe, and Japan, directly impacting Amazon’s ability to staff its vast operations network. Our team plays a crucial role in attracting and engaging thousands of Associates who ensure customers receive their packages from click to delivery. Using data-driven approaches and innovative solutions, we solve complex staffing challenges at scale, making a significant impact on Amazon’s operational successBASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in professional non-internship marketing
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertisingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
