This expansion presents exciting challenges and opportunities, making it the perfect time to join and have a direct impact on our growth.You’ll be joining the Marketplace Operations team to build and scale this new model while supporting the onboarding of our professionals and the deployment of our first businesses!Your Mission & Key ResponsibilitiesYour mission: Drive operational day-to-day execution while driving process improvements to ensure scalable growth, compliance, and support team performance.Optimizing Mission Connections: Support the launch of new businesses on a day-to-day basis and refine our matching strategies.Deploying & Evolving Operational Playbooks: Own and improve the playbook used to deploy new businesses, ensuring teams are well-supported in its adoption and execution.Being the Compliance Relay: Act as a bridge with teams managing interim legal requirements, ensuring establishment needs are met and employees remain compliant.
