You will manage procurement and supplier performance for Vended Finished Goods (VFG) from suppliers in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Your mission is to optimize supply chain processes, enhance collaboration across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in German would be a plus
  • Certifications in Continuous Improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) will be considered a strong advantage.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supplier Management: Oversee VFG product order lines, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness from suppliers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with logistics teams to guarantee the supply of VFG products from suppliers to customers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report supplier performance metrics, escalating sensitive issues as needed.
  • Stock Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to procurement processes, delivery modes, and packaging.
  • Customer Commitment: Ensure standard lead times align with supplier capacities and are met consistently.
  • Problem Solving: Address first-level supply issues with suppliers and support purchasing teams in improving supply chain performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, purchasing, logistics, and other teams to achieve goals and enhance workflows.
