HVAC Service Technicians & HVAC Lead Installer ( Pay Range: 65k-150k/annually )

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC Systems
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues and recommend proper solutions to clients
• Perform routine maintenance including filter replacements and tune-ups
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently on various HVAC units
• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Lead a team of HVAC installers on job sites, and provide oversight to ensure proper completion of projects

2. Plumbing Service Technicians, Installers & Maintenance Techs ( Pay Range: 50k-150k/annually)

• Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing
• Diagnose, repair and replace plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop solutions
• Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services

3. Electricians & Electrical Installers ( Pay Range: 50k-150k/annually )

• Maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Residential electrical install, inspections, and troubleshooting

Pay Transparency:The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from 50k-150k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.
