This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to deliver outstanding resultsResponsibilities:

• Team management;
• Team members evaluation and feedbacks;
• Hiring plans and interview process;
• Onboarding newbies;
• Organizing team building events;
• Build development plans for the team members;
• Organizing brainstorms sessions for creatives, strategies and best practices on campaigns;
• Supporting Media Buyers. Providing ideas for test, recommendations for scaling, strategies, etc;
• Troubleshooting issues with cost and volume on ad networks;
• Creatives review and approval;
• Set strategical plans for projects to extract highest performance possible;
• Project Management, planning and setting volume budgets for projects;
• Performance Tracking and Reporting to senior management;
• Project Management discussions with Analytics and Sales teams managed in regular meetings and internal chat system;
• Team members allocation in projects and campaigns.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of dedicated experience in Media Buying exclusively for campaigns, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Google; familiarity with Natives is a bonus
• 2+ years of proven track record as a Team Lead, overseeing teams of at least 3 individuals with a primary focus on people management
• Proficiency in mastering marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Utilization of data and metrics to drive continuous improvements
• Skilled in delegating tasks effectively with a robust monitoring system in place
• Capable of developing strategies that significantly impact leadership decisions at an organizational level
• Proficient in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Adept at brainstorming with teams to generate ideas and enhancements for campaigns
• Experience in evaluating and approving creatives for campaigns
• Demonstrates clear and effective communication within cross-functional teams
• Skilled in articulating and presenting results to senior leadership
• Collaborative team player with a strong emphasis on teamwork
• Possesses empathy towards colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Proficient in mentoring team members to foster growth and development
• Capable of delegating tasks efficiently to achieve collective goals
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively
• Capable decision-maker when faced with complex situations
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
