We’d love you to join us on our journey.About the roleWe are looking for a Media Operations Manager to join our ambitious OEM and Media team. You will handle the delivery of our strategic client advertising plans, owning the ‘last mile’ for the team.What you’ll be doing

  • Be the main point of contact for all client communication post-sale and be fully responsible for everything from this point, including but not limited to the setup, pacing, optimisation, performance, and post-campaign analysis of our advertising campaigns
  • Analyse performance data to highlight key trends and advise the teams internally and external clients based on this, whilst considering fill rates
  • Be the linchpin between Carwow internally, the client, and the media agency
  • Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc) and provide resolutions to these issues
  • Create and provide detailed and accurate campaign delivery reports each month, for client invoicing; pull both internal and 3rd party reporting to our advertisers, agencies, and demand partners
  • Identifying and developing process improvements as our product set increases
  • Work with teams across the business to constantly improve our media offering

  • Relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company is highly desirable
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager and working with a variety of creative types including video, display, rich display, HTML5, etc
  • Programmatic and yield management experience a major plus
  • Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution, and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve
  • Proven track record of exceptional time management – effectively plans long-term and big picture projects while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness
  • Cultivates and maintains strong, productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Takes a collaborative approach to their work, understands the limitations of their own perspective, and works hard to understand the interests/perspectives of others. Able to manage stakeholders’ expectations
