If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.As a Senior Media Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with key internal stakeholders (such as media teams) and external media agencies and data providers to clearly define the current tech / data / product gaps in the marketing campaign lifecycle. You will play a key role in defining the long-term technical product vision supporting functional areas of cross-channel media strategy and planning, buying, marketing operations, campaign reporting and measurement. You will also be responsible for establishing governance, validation and audit exercises of existing solutions. You’ll work closely with global teams to develop and evangelize standardized data models, taxonomies and templates that can be applied consistently across the LATCANZ region (LATAM, Canada, Australian and New Zealand), while also capturing local nuances.You will lead the collaboration with regional agency partners to manage data pipelines and identify new sources to continuously enhance our media data. In doing so, you will play a mix of product and program management roles. You will work with media, marketing, strategy and finance owners to gather requirements and distil it into clear working backwards business requirement documents, and manage program aspects such as business reviews and project plans. You’ll leverage your strong analytical skills and business acumen to dive deep into the data, uncovering high-impact insights and patterns that can inform product strategies. As a key partner to the media, marketing, strategy and finance teams, you’ll build programs to apply these data-driven recommendations to drive measurable improvements in the performance of our ATL media investments. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in creating a virtuous cycle where insights lead to better planning, which then generates even more impactful results and learnings.The successful candidate has strong organization and influencing skills, uses data to guide their decision making, and operates from a solid foundational anchor in media metrics and data sets. They are comfortable working autonomously, yet effective at partnering cross-functionally and across regions with internal and external partner teams.Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
As Snr Media PM, you begin by reviewing any overnight updates or escalations. You then join a daily standup with your regional product and engineering counterparts to discuss ongoing projects, blockers, and new requests. After, you dive into data quality audits and prioritize feature requests from cross-functional teams. Translating business needs into technical requirements is crucial, so you hold working sessions with subject matter experts. Over lunch with marketing and media managers, you learn about planned investment shifts, making a mental note to adjust our roadmap. In the afternoon, you might join a governance review with our global partners. Together, you’ll scrutinize the data pipelines, discuss new vendor integrations, and establish clear ownership for data quality control points.About the team

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience as a product manager or owner
– Experience owning technology products
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
– Experience in media or marketing data systems, media operations and/or advanced analytics
– Experience with media tooling and ad tech across a robust mix of media channelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
– Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
– Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
– Experience with automation, processing, and management of large, complex datasets
– Proven expertise in media measurement, including advanced techniques like Marketing Mix Modeling
– Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Analytics, Computer Science or Business
– Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and innovations in a fast-paced, global environment
– Experience with media tooling and ad tech across a robust mix of formats including, but not limited to television, print, digital, mobile and out-of-home in LATAM countries, especially Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and/or Canada, Australia and New Zealand.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
