Job Title: Medical AssistantJob Description:

• Location: Leading fertility clinic in Connecticut
• Experience Required: At least 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced medical office as a Medical Assistant
• Preferred Experience: OBGYN or Women’s Health
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, rotating weekends (about every 1:6 weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient flow and clinical exams related to reproductive endocrinology
• Assist in preparation for procedures (e.g., taking vital signs) according to protocols
• Refer patients to appropriate physician or nurse staff for special needs
• Document activities and data in medical records

Essential Skills:

• Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program
• Experience with EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in OBGYN or Women’s Health (nice to have)
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (not required)
