Job Position: Medical AssistantLocation: Savannah, GA 31405Pay Rate: $15.00/hrShift: Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-12pmDescription: Specialty Clinic is hiring for a Medica Assistant.They are a dynamic and fast-paced medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients dealing with chronic pain. The practice thrives on efficiency, compassion, and a commitment to improving the lives of patients.Each provider in the practice is supported by a Medical Assistant, with each Medical Assistant managing 20-28 patients per day. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for taking vitals, recording medical histories, conducting drug screens, and managing referrals for physical therapy, MRI, or other specialist services. Proficiency in using Electronic Clinical Works (ECW) is essential.Key Responsibilities:Assisting healthcare providers with daily patient flow, managing 20-28 patients per day.Taking and recording patient vitals accurately.Obtaining and documenting detailed medical histories.Conducting drug screens as required.Managing and processing referrals for physical therapy, MRI, and other specialist services.Utilizing Electronic Clinical Works (ECW) efficiently for patient records and documentation.Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Providing compassionate care and support to patients throughout their visit.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Medical Assistant is required.Proficiency in using Electronic Clinical Works (ECW) or similar electronic health record systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certification as a Medical Assistant is not required but is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Benefits:100% paid health insurance by employerPaid time offOpportunities for professional development and trainingFriendly and supportive work environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceReferral programVision insuranceMedical specialties:Primary CareSchedule:Monday to FridayWork setting:ClinicIn-personOfficeOutpatientAbility to Commute:Savannah, GA (Required)Ability to Relocate:Savannah, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
