Job DescriptionOne of the premier Orthopedics and Pain Management clinics is seeking a Medical Assistant who will perform patient care and assist clerical and clinical staff. • Escorted patients to exam rooms, obtain medical history and measures vital signs.
• Educated and may give directions to patient regarding medication and treatment plan as instructed by physician or physician assistant
• Maintained patient charts ensuring all related reports, labs and information is filed and available in patient records.
• Call in prescription refills.
• Travel to other facilities as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 6 months or more of Medical Assistant experience within a clinic/physician office setting.
• Have obtained Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program.
• Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.

Benefits and Perks:
