A WCCS2 is a role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs.A WCCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set and dedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical, administrative, and front office roles, WCCS2s contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty.You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. Through our healthcare centers, pharmacies, health plan, research and other activities, AHF provides access to the latest HIV treatments for all who need them. managing tests/screenings, and addressing sexual health complaints. They will facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation. The role requires proficiency in data documentation, including referrals and reports.
