Medical Assistant OpeningIf Interested, Reachout directly for immediate consideration to JCalderonher@actalentservices. comOur group of doctor’s offices in Greenwood seek a dedicated Medical Assistant.Duties: You will assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management. Your responsibilities include performing nursing and administrative duties, preparing patients for examination and treatment, taking patient vital signs, reviewing medications and allergies with patients, and entering health questionnaire information into the EMR, WebChart. You will also prepare exam and treatment rooms, give injections, help room patients, maintain supplies and equipment, assist physicians or PAs, verify patient information, perform procedures, promote office discharge processes, and triage telephone calls. Common conditions treated include vascular and heart disease, thyroid disorders, digestive conditions, diabetes, fatigue, hypertension, influenza, menopause, urinary problems, mental health, blood disorders, osteoarthritis, pneumonia, and migraines. Note: All employees must be fully vaccinated.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). (WILL GO PERMANENT AFTER THAT)Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in GREENWOOD, Indiana.Work EnvironmentThe hours for this role are 8am-5:30pm, some flexibility to come in at 7am is looked for depending on patient lab needs.
