Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Medical Assistant

• Position type: Contract to hire – Fulltime
• Location: Liverpool, NY or Fayetteville, NY
• Job/ Shift Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)

As a Medical Assistant, you will:

• Will be responsible for rooming patients, taking and documenting patient information in the EPIC system and assisting with office procedures.
• Will also manage phone calls under the direction of the provider and assist with scheduling test and procedures.
• Job duties are 40% clinical and 60% clerical support.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must have at least one year of medical office experience in physician practice.
• Excellent computer and communication skills and prior experience with an electronic medical record system.
• Epic is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills

Pay Range*: $17 per hour
