If you answered yes, then this role could be for you!An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Medical Secretary within the Urology secretarial team at the University Hospitals of North Midlands that could be right for you.This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone who has clerical experience of working in the NHS but this is not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.Main duties of the jobThe ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding empathy and compassion
  • Able to use their own initiative
  • Organisational Skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages
  • Clinical typing experience
  • Understanding of clinics and appointments
  • Understanding of Referral to treatment pathways
