Join us as a Mobile Cleaner at Thirteen Group!Role Overview:Thirteen Group is on the lookout for Mobile Cleaners to join us on a permanent basis. Working across the Teesside area, you’ll work 30 hours per week (6 hours a day) across a two-week rota. The rota covers mornings (7am-1pm) and afternoons/evening (1:15pm- 7:15pm), with occasional Saturdays as required.Our Mobile Cleaning teams are out and about in the community, and you’ll be the face of Thirteen. We’re looking for people who are confident in a customer facing role, with great communication and people skills.Thirteen Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • At Thirteen, a home doesn’t finish at the front door – our communal spaces are vital for thriving communities within multi-occupancy buildings. You’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness within these areas, as well as in offices and designated sites.
  • Our mobile cleaner roles are physically demanding and entail working in all weather conditions. You’ll carry equipment and supplies from your vehicle to the scheduled site to be cleaned.
  • Complete assigned tasks to a high standard within agreed timescales. This includes cleaning, hygiene and waste disposal.
  • Comply with health and safety legislation, especially in relation to chemicals, site rules, using cleaning equipment, and lone working.
  • If you have great organisation and planning skills, we’d be interested in hearing from you. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that equipment, materials, and travel information is taken into consideration within your daily schedule.

About You:

  • Someone who takes pride in sustaining high standards of cleanliness and has fantastic attention to detail.
  • If you don’t have experience directly, that’s not an issue, we can teach you how to do that!
  • A good grasp of safe working and health and safety practices.
  • Can work flexibility on your own and as part of a team. You’ll be able to complete assigned tasks to a high standard, within agreed timescales, and with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We’ll provide you with mobile and hand-held devices as part of your role.
  • A full UK driving licence.
