My market leading, FM client are hiring a skilled and experienced mobile building services engineer to join their team, focusing on three commercial offices. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.

• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (plenty of overtime available)
• 3 static sites in Central London (mobile)
• £40,000 – Van + Fuel Card (Personal use allowed)

Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to have control of each building
• Electrical – Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast)
• Generators
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning
• Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit
• Chillers
• BMS System
• UPS Systems
• Plant rooms

Requirements:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
• 17th/18th edition
• FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
