There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel – the international payroll and compliance market leader.Get ready to:Design and develop robust, user-friendly mobile applications using React and CapacitorWork closely with the frontend team to integrate mobile applications with web services and APIsCollaborate with product managers and UI designers to deliver high-quality, responsive user interfacesImplement and maintain state management solutions for efficient data flow within mobile applicationsEnsure the seamless integration of mobile applications with server-side languages, particularly Node.js on the backendOptimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalabilityStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and contribute innovative ideas to the teamThe bits and bytes you’ll bring to the team:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in React and Capacitor developmentExpert knowledge of React and TypeScriptProven experience in releasing and deploying applications on app storesProficient in state management tools and techniquesStrong understanding of mobile applicationsProven track record of delivering high-quality software solutionsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyWhat we’re looking for:3+ years of experience in React development, and Capacitor5+ years of overall experience as a Software EngineerExtra brownie points if you have:Familiarity with React Native Swift or Java.Experience with OTA.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
